All Culturion products are made-to-order. This means your item will usually ship within 3-5 business days however we ask to allow 7-10 business days for your items to arrive to you.
International orders can take longer due to extra shipping time and customs processing times.
Once your item ships you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.
Please note, we work with different suppliers for certain items so they may ship and arrive seperately even though they are ordered at the same time.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.
My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.

What is your exchange policy?
Hassle-free 30 day exchanges! If you are not 100% satisfied with your items we'll exchange it. Simple email our support team - email@example.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
